Want to try the perfect Bellini? Our resident ‘mixologist’ Rupert Owen will be showing you how to make a perfect Bellini using one of our superb range of Prosecco’s and the finest white peach juice called ‘Funkin’ (yes we thought that too!) as used by the best A-List bartenders.
