Another very fine offering from Mr. Huet in the form of a petillant Vouvray made from Chenin Blanc.

As with all Domaine Huet's wines it is poduced using Biodynamic practices that ensure that the wine is as natural as possible.

A little bready on the nose followed by petals and a little mineral. The palate is full and rich with fruit and soft mouthfeel. Because it is semi-sparkling the bubbles are very gentle on the palate.

Creamy fruit is carried through on the finish leaving the sensation of a very well made wine.
