The farm of Brunella is the focal point of Boroli's production of Cru Barolo within the 10 hecatres that surround the farm include holdings in many of the famous site Villero and Bussia.
The winery next to Brunnella is exclusively dedicated to the production of Barolo. It's external walls were made exclusively from old casks that were no longer suitable for maturation.
Bussia is a cru Barolo site located in Montforte d'Alba and Boroli's La Brunnela parcel supplies the grapes fruit this majestic cuvee.
The colour is bright ruby red and on the nose it offers notes of raspberries, cherries preserved in alcohol and spicy nuances such as pepper and nutmeg. On the palate it is particularly pleasant, a wine with plenty of body, with a long and persistent finish. It is a long-tasting wine, matured in cask and barriques for 24 months and refined in bottle for 24 months.
